I found CrossFit back in 2011 and I have always loved the rush of coaching classes. I would watch hours of coaching videos to pick up cues and tips from the best in their fields to improve as an athlete and as a coach. I earned CrossFit's highest credential (Level 4) in 2024 and continued to dive into as much continuing education as I could. My favorite part of coaching is seeing those little fixes in movement or mindset make a huge impact on an athlete both in and out of the gym.
Heavy Days are my favorite days, 10k is my favorite run distance, and when the workout favors a good strategy that is also my favorite.
My purpose for coaching to to make change in the 1 hour of class that will have 23 hours of impact. If I can help a member move better and be more confident to do so, they will see that translate to their life, where it matters most.
